We serve clients in Prince George’s County, Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Northern Virginia, with telehealth options available in PSYPACT states.
Is Mind Matters Too accepting new clients?
Yes! We are currently accepting new clients for evaluations and consultations. Availability may vary, so we recommend reaching out to schedule an appointment.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we are in-network with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield for psychological testing. If you have another insurance provider, we can provide a superbill for you to submit for potential reimbursement. Please check with your provider regarding out-of-network benefits.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept HSA/FSA cards, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle for payments.
What is the payment policy for evaluations?
A 50% deposit is required at the intake session, with the remaining balance due after testing is completed and before the final report is released.
Are consultations included in testing fees?
Consultations are billed separately. Fees and payment arrangements will be discussed prior to intake.
What types of psychological evaluations do you provide?

Do you offer autism evaluations?
❌ At this time, we do not offer autism evaluations, but they may be available in the future.
How long does the evaluation process take?
The entire evaluation process typically includes:
Intake session – Gathering background information & discussing concerns.
Testing session(s) – Administering psychological assessments.
Report & feedback session – Reviewing findings and recommendations.
The timeframe varies depending on the type of assessment but generally takes a few weeks from intake to receiving the final report.
Do you offer telehealth evaluations?
Yes! Dr. K is a PSYPACT-certified provider, allowing us to offer telehealth assessments to clients in participating PSYPACT states.
How do I know if I’m eligible for telehealth services?
If you reside in a PSYPACT state, you may qualify for remote psychological testing. Contact us via email or text to confirm eligibility.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can contact us via email or text to schedule an evaluation. We’ll discuss your needs and guide you through the next steps.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
