✅ Insurance Coverage
We are in-network with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. If you plan to use insurance, we recommend verifying your benefits before your appointment to confirm coverage for testing.
For out-of-network clients, we provide superbills upon request, which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so please check with your provider regarding out-of-network benefits.
💳 Payment Policy for Evaluations
To ensure a smooth process, a 50% deposit is required at the intake session, with the remaining balance due after testing is completed and before the final report is released.

💡 Other services, including consultations, are billed separately. Fees and payment arrangements will be discussed prior to intake.
🔹 Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change! If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a late cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee.
